BRSR_P3: Year- and Company-wise Coverage of Retirement Benefits for Employees and Workers

Reporting Principle (P3): Details of retirement benefits The dataset contains year- and company-wise information on the percentage of employees and workers provided with gratuity, provident fund, employee state insurance (ESI), and other retirement benefits, as disclosed by the top 1,000 companies listed by market capitalization in their Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR). This forms part of P3, that says, Businesses should respect and promote the well-being of all employees, including those in their value chains. Note: We observed certain discrepancies in the units reported by a few companies in their BRSR submissions, specifically between PDF files and corresponding XML files. On Dataful, units from PDF filings have been used to correct XML data wherever possible to improve accuracy. In some cases, data from PDF files across different years for the same company did not match; in such instances, the latest available year’s data has been retained. Users are advised to verify such discrepancies directly with SEBI and/or the respective companies where necessary.
