BRSR_P3: Year- and Company-wise Employee and Worker Safety Incidents (Deaths, Injuries, and Other Events)

Reporting Principle (P3): Details of safety related incidents The dataset contains year- and company-wise counts of employee and worker safety-related incidents, including fatalities, injuries, and other workplace safety events, as reported by the top 1,000 companies listed by market capitalisation in their Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR). This forms part of P3, that says, Businesses should respect and promote the well-being of all employees, including those in their value chains. Note: We observed certain discrepancies in the units reported by a few companies in their BRSR submissions, specifically between PDF files and corresponding XML files. On Dataful, units from PDF filings have been used to correct XML data wherever possible to improve accuracy. In some cases, data from PDF files across different years for the same company did not match; in such instances, the latest available year’s data has been retained. Users are advised to verify such discrepancies directly with SEBI and/or the respective companies where necessary.
