The dataset contains All India compiled data on distribution of Households (per thousand) by Distance between their Dwelling Places to the Principal Sources of Drinking Water for both Rural and Urban India for the period of 1993 to 2018. The dataset has been compiled from Table Nos. 4, 5 and 3.09 and Statements Nos. 3.5 and 4 of 54th, 58th, 65th, 69th and 76th round reports of NSS
