Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Master Data: Year-, State-, District- and Sector-wise Amount Spent

The dataset contains year-, state- and district-wise compiled data on total amount of money spent under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The different types of sectors on which CSR projects were taken up include Education, Environment, Forest, Health, Eradication of Poverty, Malnutrition, Animal Welfare, Vocational skills, Sanitation and drinking water, Livelihood enhancement, Rural development, Setting up orphanages, Slum development, Prime Minister's National Relief Fund, Swachh Bharat, etc. Notes: 1. The CSR Official Portal is updated on a regular basis as companies submit their CSR disclosures. Consequently, the CSR data for FY 2024–25 available on Dataful will continue to be updated as new information becomes available on the official portal. 2. Pan India means companies either did not specify the names of States or indicated more than one State where projects were undertaken. 3. Nec/Not Mentioned means Not Elsewhere Covered 4. district_as_per_source column has District names as mentioned in the official source and district_as_per_lgd and district_lgd_code columns has standardised District names and its respective code as per Local Government Directory
