State and Year-wise Number of Post Offices, Letter Boxes and Postal Articles

The dataset contains the State and Year-wise number of post offices, letter boxes and postal articles (excluding money orders). Postal articles include- Unregistered Articles, Registered Articles, Speed Posts & Express Parcel Posts and Total Mail Traffic. The data recorded is for all the States of India and APS (Army Postal Service). Note: 1) Estimated Number of Postal articles handled- excluding money orders 2) APS stands for Army Postal Service 3) Data for North Eastern States is not available for all the states separately.
