The dataset contains year- and state-wise historically compiled data on the area and production of vegetables in India. The different types of vegetables covered in the dataset include beans, bittergourd, bottlegourd, brinjal, cabbage, capsicum, carrot, cauliflower, chillies (Green), cucumber, elephant foot yam, mushroom, okra/ladyfinger, onion, parwal/pointed gourd, peas, potato, radish, sitaphal/pumpkin, sweet potato, tapioca, tomato, etc.
