This dataset contains year wise, city wise, and crime head wise number of crimes committed against senior citizens, including the number of victims in India's metropolitan cities. It categorises offences under major crime heads such as assault on women with intent to outrage her modesty, attempt to commit murder, attempt to commit murder, rape, cheating, criminal intimidation, criminal trespass, culpable homicide not amounting to murder, dacoity, dacoity with murder, extortion, forgery, cheating, fraud, grievous hurt, kidnapping and abduction, murder, robbery, simple hurt, and theft.
