Year, State, Method wise Cases Examined and Cases Needing Testing to examine Presumptive Tuberculosis (TB)

This dataset provides annual data on diagnostic methods used to examine presumptive Tuberculosis (TB) casesand the estimated number of presumptive Tuberculosis (TB) cases requiring testing through different diagnostic methods. The different testing technology used include Microscopy, CBNAAT (Cartridge-Based Nucleic Acid Amplification Test), TrueNat (a portable NAAT tool), and total cases examined/tested by NAAT (Nucleic Acid Amplification Test). NB: 1. From 2022 onward, the data distinguishes between CBNAAT and TrueNat under NAAT; prior to 2022, only aggregated NAAT data was reported alongside microscopy. 2. Number of cases needing testing has been reported since 2022 only
