Total Debt Receipts is sum of Net Market Loans, Market Loans for Buyback, Market Loans for Switching, Less Payments for Switching, Short Term or T-Bill Borrowings, Net External Loan, Securities issued against Small Savings, Net State Provident Fund, Net Other Receipts
