The dataset contains year- and region-wise historically compiled data on the all India distribution of households (per thousand) by different types of bathroom include attached, detached, unused, no bathroom, etc. The dataset has been compile from Table No. 14, Statement 3.8, Table S9 and Statement 11 of NSS 54, 65, 69 and 76 round reports, respectively
