This dataset contains the All India, year wise details of the number of cases for which monetary penalties has been imposed, including the amount of penalties imposed as well as the penalties realised by the Commission. These penalties are imposed for contraventions under various Sections such as 27, 42, 43, 43A, 44, 45, and 48 of The Competition Act, 2002
