Electoral Bonds - Master Data: Year-, State-, Phase- and Type-of-Bond-wise Total Number and Value of Electoral Bonds Sold/Purchased and Encashed/Redeemed (as of February, 2024)

The dataset contains year-, state-, phase- and city-wise (SBI branch) comprehensively compiled data on total number and amount of electoral bonds which have been sold or purchased and encashed or redeemed. The different types of bonds covered in the dataset include bonds worth rupees one thousand, ten thousand, one lakh, ten lakhs and one crore Notes: 1. The 'Election' column in the dataset indicates whether or not an Assembly or a Lok Sabha election was conducted in the states within two months from the sale/purchase month of electoral bonds. 2. Chandigarh is the only city where the sale/redemption of Electoral Bonds takes place for the states of Punjab and Haryana 3. Data is as per the source and some columns may be empty where data was not provided by the source.
