The collection consists of datasets on complaints received by RBI Ombudsmen. It should be noted that the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme (RB-IOS) was launched in 2021. Until then, there were separate Ombudsman schemes for banks, NBFCs and digital transactions. Further, the categorisation has become more comprehensive in the recent years.
