Below are the abbreviation for the vehicle categories mentioned in this collection 2WIC: Two-Wheeler (Invalid Carriage), 2WN: Two-Wheeler (Non-Transport), 2WT: Two-Wheeler (Transport), 3WN: Three-Wheeler (Non-Transport), 3WT: Three-Wheeler (Transport), 4WIC: Four-Wheeler (Invalid Carriage), HGV: Heavy Goods Vehicle, HMV: Heavy Motor Vehicle, HPV: Heavy Passenger Vehicle, LGV: Light Goods Vehicle, LMV: Light Motor Vehicle, LPV: Light Passenger Vehicle, MGV: Medium Goods Vehicle, MMV: Medium Motor Vehicle, MPV: Medium Passenger Vehicle, OTH: Other Than Mentioned Above 2. The data is sourced from the Vahan Portal and reflects the last update done by us. Data is updated/refreshed once every month. Any mismatches are due to frequent updates on the Vahan dashboard. 3. For datasets with year-wise data, the data of the previous years is as of 31 December of that year whereas the data of the current year is as of date.
