The collection contains wide range of year-, state- and city-wise (for some datasets) compiled data on the number of accidents, persons injured and killed in road accidents which have happened in India. The same data is divided by broad range of categories such as accidents, injuries and deaths by gender, age, education level, accident blackspots, types of roads such as national highways, state highways, pucca, kutcha and other types of roads at which have caused accidents, injuries and deaths, types of vehicles which have caused them, types of persons injured and killed such as drivers and other persons, the traffic violations such as over speeding, jumping signal, wrong side driving which have caused accidents, injuries and deaths, the junctions at which accidents, injuries and deaths have taken place, etc.
