Data in table tells us about the year-wise new Life Insurance business and total Life Insurance business in force. It further specifies the sum assured per annum, annuities per annum and notional cash option in million rupees, from 2000 to 2017, for both the above types.
Note:
1) For new deferred annuity policies, annuity rates are not guaranteed from 2005-06 to 2010-11 and hence Notional Cash Option is given in column 4 & 7.
2) Notional cash option data Not Available for 2000-01 and 2001-02.
