Pregnant women treated with IV antihypertensive or magnesium sulphate for hypertension

The data shows the percentage of complicated pregnancies treated with IV antihypertensive/Mags Ulph injection to the total new cases detected with Hypertension in pregnant women Note: (1) IV Antihypertensive have long been considered first-line medications for the management of acute-onset, severe hypertension in pregnant women and women in the postpartum period. (2) Mags Ulph Injection - Magnesium Sulphate 50% Injection is given to improve the level of magnesium in the blood and to prevent seizures in pregnant women with high blood pressure.
