All India and Year-wise Enrolment in Institution and Schools at Various Levels

The dataset presents year-wise enrolment at the School and Higher Education levels, including female enrolment across both levels. Note: 1. Data for Higher education is till 2023-24 only. 2. Data for universities shows bifurcation of Higher Education is available from 2010-11. 3. In few states such as Odisha, Higher Secondary is part of Higher Education and may not be covered under U- Dise. 4. Figures in Total of Higher Education Enrolments for females and in total, and its break up in subsequent columns may not tally as the break up is based on responses received from colleges whereas figures in Total of Education Enrolments for females and in total is an estimate. 5. Enrolment figures are based on response received from schools/ colleges & universities.
