NCRB - Disposal of Cases by Courts: Year and State wise Disposal of IPC/BNS Crime Cases by Courts

This dataset provides year wise and state head wise information on the judicial disposal of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) crime cases in India. It includes court disposal indicators such as total cases for trial, cases sent for trial, cases pending from previous years, cases pending at the end of the year, cases disposed by courts, cases disposed without trial, plea bargaining, convictions, acquittals, discharges, compounded cases, quashed cases, cases withdrawn from prosecution, cases abated by court, conviction rate, and pendency percentage, enabling analysis of judicial outcomes and case pendency across crime categories.
