NCRB - Crimes Against SCs: Year and State wise Number of Crime Cases against Scheduled Caste by Court Disposal

This dataset provides year wise and state wise statistics on judicial outcomes of cases related to crimes against Scheduled Castes. Court disposal categories include total cases for trial, cases sent for trial during the year, cases pending from previous year, cases disposed by courts, cases disposed without trial, cases disposed through plea bargaining, cases withdrawn from prosecution, cases quashed, cases stayed or sent to record room, cases compounded or compromised, cases abated by court, cases in which trials were completed, cases convicted including convictions from current and previous year cases, cases acquitted, cases discharged, conviction rate, pendency percentage, and cases pending at the end of the year.
