This dataset provides year wise data on the number of NGOs working for the welfare of prisoners. It also provides gendered data on the number of prisoners who got benefited from NGOs' medical and legal services. Another key feature is the dataset also gives an absolute count of the NGOs working exculsively for the welfare of women prisoners.
