This dataset provides year, state, and city wise totals for IPC and SLL crimes, including crime rate and chargesheet rate. It enables comparison of state-level patterns across key IPC crime categories (murder, rape, assault, property offences) and SLL offences under laws such as NDPS, POCSO, Dowry Prohibition, Excise and Environmental Acts in Indian metropolitan cities.
