NCRB - Crimes Against Children: Year, State and Offenders Relation to Child Victims of POCSO Act (Section 4 and 6)

This dataset provides year and state wise data on offenders’ relationship to child victims in serious POCSO offences (Section 4 & 6). It categorises offenders as family members, relatives, neighbours, friends, teachers, caregivers, strangers, or persons in authority or trust, offering insight into the context of penetrative sexual assault and aggravated sexual assault cases.
