This dataset provides a yearly breakdown of grievances registered with the National Consumer Helpline alonng with the share of those grievances related to the e-commerce each year. Note: Data for 2014-15 is for the period from May to March. Further, total number of grievances registered in 2012 and 2013 is not available but the share of those related to e-commerce has been given.
