The dataset contains year- and state-wise historically compiled data on the area and production of spices in India. The different types of spices covered in the dataset include vanilla, ajwan, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon/tejpata, clove, coriander, cumin, dill/poppy/celery, fennel, fenugreek, garlic, ginger, mint (mentha), nutmeg, red chillies (dried), saffron/vanilla, tamarind, turmeric, red chillies, chillies, pepper, saffron, chilies, etc.
