IPR Returns Data: Batch- and Cadre-wise List of IAS officers who have not filed Immovable Property Returns

The dataset contains the list of IAS officers who have not filed their Immovable Property Returns (IPR), with details of cadre, batch, statement and submission dates for respective years. Note: 1. The Government servants are required to file annual Immovable Property Return (IPR), under Rule 18(1)(ii) of the CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964, with full particulars of their immovable property, such as inherited or held on lease or mortgage, either in their own name or in the name of any member of their family or in the name of any member of their family or in the name of any other person. 2. statement_date: This is the annual reference date. As per Rule 16(2) of All India Services (Conduct) Rules, 1968, every member of the service shall submit his/her Immovable Property Return (IPRs) in the prescribed form by 31st January of every year in respect of the previous year ending 31st December.
