The Government servants are required to file annual Immovable Property Return (IPR), under Rule 18(1)(ii) of the CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964, with full particulars of their immovable property, such as inherited or held on lease or mortgage, either in their own name or in the name of any member of their family or in the name of any member of their family or in the name of any other person. 2. statement_date: This is the annual reference date. As per Rule 16(2) of All India Services (Conduct) Rules, 1968, every member of the service shall submit his/her Immovable Property Return (IPRs) in the prescribed form by 31st January of every year in respect of the previous year ending 31st December. 3. submission_date: This refers to the specific day the officer filed their return. If this field is empty, it indicates that while the officer did submit their IPR, the specific submission date was either not captured by the system or was unavailable in the source records.
