Year and Country-wise Nobel Prize for Peace Winners

The Nobel Prizes are six separate annual prizes that, according to Alfred Nobel's will of 1895, are awarded to "those who, during the preceding year, have conferred the greatest benefit to mankind." Prizes are awarded in the fields of medicine/physiology, literature, physics, chemistry, peace, and economics. The dataset contains the list of winners of the Nobel Peace Prize, their gender, nationality, prize amount received, and affiliations since the awards were first introduced in 1901. In his will, Alfred Nobel stated that the Peace Prize be awarded to "who shall have done the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses".
