Compiled from the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), this collection aggregates data on offences registered under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Special and Local Laws (SLL) across the country at year-wise, state-wise, city-wise and crime-head levels. The collection includes metrics on the number of cases registered, crime rate, chargesheet rate, FIRs and online e-FIRs, covering both overall totals and disaggregation by legal categories.
