Performance of State Road Transport Undertakings (SRTUs)

This collection consists of datasets related to the Performance of State Road Transport Undertakings (SRTUs). These have state-wise and corporation-wise data on fleet strength, buses in operation, vehicle utilisation, passenger traffic, route coverage, fuel efficiency, staff strength, operating costs, revenue earnings, profits and losses, subsidies, liabilities, and other productivity indicators. Note: For 2014–15 and earlier years, the categorisation of Road Transport Undertakings is unavailable. Therefore, all such entities have been grouped under the generic undertaking type “SRTU.”
