The collection contains year-wise compiled data and the pertinent datasets on different parameters and aspects relating to scoring and ranking of higher educational institutions in India, based on the data published by Ministry of Education under National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF)
The specifics of data contained in the datasets include details relating to admissions and placements such as number of student admissions, graduations, placements, etc., the financial details such as capital, operational and other types of expenditure incurred, the profits earned, etc. research details such as number of consultancy and research projects taken up, number of funding/client organizations, the funds received, the faculty available together with their qualifications, etc. Based on these and other partmeters, the NIRF has also published university/institute-wise score and ranking of each higher educational institutions, which have also been made as separate datasets in the collection.
