Data in table tells us about the year-wise state wise forest cover of the country. Table specifies the year, Geographical Area, Actual Forest Cover, Dense ( Very dense or moderately dense), Open Forest, Mangrove, Scrub and the exact Non Forest area for all the States and Union territories of India.
