NCRB - Disposal of Persons Arrested: Year, Crime Head and Gender wise Disposal of Persons Arrested under SLL Crimes

This dataset provides year wise, crime head wise, and gender wise statistics on the disposal of persons arrested under Special and Local Laws (SLL) in India. It covers major legislations including the Arms Act, NDPS Act, POCSO Act, Information Technology Act, Motor Vehicles Act, Prevention of Corruption Act, Dowry Prohibition Act, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Wildlife Protection Act, and other SLL offences. The dataset includes the number of persons arrested, chargesheeted, convicted, discharged, and acquitted, enabling analysis of prosecution outcomes and criminal justice trends across law categories and gender.
