This dataset contains the All India,Year and Major port-wise Pre-Berthing detention time. It is defined as the time for which a ship waits before getting entry into a berth. The values for each major-port are given for different types of vessels such as Containers, Break Bulk, Liquid Bulk, and Dry Bulk- both mechanical and conventional.
