All-India and Year-wise Insolvency Resolutions of Personal Guarantors

This dataset provides all-India, year-wise information on insolvency resolution proceedings involving personal guarantors under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). Personal guarantors are individuals who have provided guarantees for corporate debtors, where the guarantee has been invoked by a creditor and the corresponding debt remains wholly or partially unpaid.
