All India and Yearly Index Numbers and Terms of Foreign Trade

The dataset contains All India Yearly Index Number Terms of Trade from Handbook of Statistics on Indian Economy. Note: 1. Gross terms of trade implies volume index of imports expressed as percentage of volume index of exports. 2. Net terms of trade implies unit value index of exports expressed as percentage of unit value index of imports. 3. Income terms of trade implies the product of net terms of trade and volume index of exports expressed as a percentage. 4.The old series (1999-2000) is based on Fisher's index. 5.The new base series (2012-13) is based on laspeyres index.
