Statistics of District Mineral Foundations (DMF)

This collection contains state-, district-, and sector-wise cumulative data on the implementation and utilisation of District Mineral Foundation (DMF) funds. It covers the number of districts with DMFs established, amounts collected from coal, lignite, major and minor minerals, and the amounts allocated and spent. The datasets also provide details on projects sanctioned, yet to commence, ongoing, completed, and scrapped or cancelled. At the All-India and sector levels, it includes projects approved, amounts approved, and expenditure, with sectors classified into High Priority and Other Priority categories. District-level data further captures project sanctions and completions alongside DMF collections, allocations, and expenditure.
